Nile river, sweet home

800 years ago, Doctor Maimonides observes people around the Sultan of Cairo.
He notices that relocating from rural area to town may be very bad for health.
Here is my reading of his diet observations.

Rural	Urban
Milk used just after milking : good	Not « just after » : bad (1)
Whole grain diversity : good	Refined wheat flour : bad
Fresh meat : good	Dry-cured, etc. charcuterie : bad Idem for fish
Fresh cheese from fresh milk : in small quantities	Dried cheese : bad
Alcool from fruits with 50 herbs in : good in small amount (2)	Pure alcool : bad

(1) In ayurvedic medicine, milk taken directly from the udder of the salvage cow is a medicine !!!
In milk, the enzymes which are necessary to digest the milk are present « in » the udder and then destroyed by oxygen, etc.
(2) In 1884, in Avignon, such an elixir protected people from cholera !!!

The killing californian/american diet

When Japanese families relocate to California, there are two possible opposite behaviors.
Japanese who keep their diet habits are less prone to disease than Japanese who adopt the californian/american diet.

Dramatic loss

In North Africa, there is a natural cure for skin tumor.
Nigella – black cumin – oil + D vitamin from sun and diet.
When a person from there – Amazigh-Berber, etc. relocates to Europe, etc. this knowledge is often lost.
Example : Small tumors on eyelids means taking off the eyelids !!!
As seen upward, the change to urban Europe, etc. affects the immune system : « good » for tumors to develop.

Ubiquinol Q10

As its name says, ubiquinol is everywhere.
It is produced by yeast and, in natural nature (!!!) there is yeast everywhere.
In urban settings, fruits and vegetables are washed and washed and contain few ubiquinol inside.

Lost treasures

I discovered recently that Cordyceps cicadae / Isaria cicadae / Paecilomyces cicadae is good for my glaucoma.
But …
… Cordyceps cicadae CC is a very small mushroom that grows over … a cicada !!!
It is known in Traditional Chinese Medicine as Chan Hua 金蝉花.
It seems « simple » to grow CC over a « soup » with insects !!!
I could find a provider of Chan Hua pills only in Malaysia … far from home …too bad !!!
